•Added: EList is now available from the Customer menu under the Reminder menu. EList lets you create unlimited customer lists. This way you can use an EList to send a letter to a subset of customers. The query wizard is built into the EList so you can run a query on whatever fields there are in the customer records. This was part of the ELetter Mailing program, now it is available in the reminder menu.
•Fixed: Regression. Select customer button using the enter key wasn't selecting the customer for a new RO.
•Changed: RO Queue in New Scheduler now has Year, Make, Model, and customer name information to help you find unscheduled RO's.
•Added: In Company Setup, Select Biz Type, you can now choose to NOT show certain fields in the vehicle or unit. This does not affect printouts (invoices/To Do, Estimates, etc.), just the vehicle screen. Each vehicle/unit type can have different fields not showing.
•Added: Warranty fields in the RO parts. This works as a discount so you can still see what the normal charge would be, but the total for that part will be (usually) zero. That adds as a zero to the total RO.
•Added: A claim file for warranty information. These records are created when finishing the RO if there are fields that are designated to be paid as warranty. There is also a test button so you can see how it works.
•Added: Custom Fields for vehicles/units now have the ability to NOT display. When editing your vehicle type in the company setup/Select Biz Type, Change, you can un-check the fields you will not be using.
•Changed: Master vehicle/unit form is now matched to the regular vehicle/unit editing form, so all of the Radio buttons are now changed, and it only shows vehicle/unit fields you have selected to display in setup. (All vehicle/unit fields are pre-set to display all so you don't have to go into setup if you're fine the way it is.)
•Added: You can now add the User name, and/or the First and Last name of the user (not the tech but the signed in user) to the RO printouts and the TODO printouts. You can use this so whoever is signed in at the time of printing will print on the RO, assuming they are the Service Writer. It is not attached to the work order itself.
•Changed: % markup in company Setup to allow for more that 100%.
•Added: Added the variable field names to be available for Report Manager Invoices and Report Manager ToDo's. This includes the new Variable Radio fields at the bottom of the Unit/Vehicle Screen.
•Added: Manufacturer column to the inventory browse. There is no tab because there is no actual key file on that field, but you can click on the header and it will sort, then you can type the MFG name to help you find the records with that MFG.
•Added: Tech to Main RO browse screen. You must select a Technician inside of the RO to see this.
•Fixed: When using the Point of Sale, and using the Super Inventory lookup, the Query wizard would crash the program. Not anymore.
•Added: Digital Wrench will now automatically sub-sort on a couple of things when browsing all active RO's from the Work in Progress or Estimate browse. If you click on the 'Year' header, the make and model will sort as well. Also, if you click on the 'Date' header, the Time will sort along with the Date. And if you click on the Company Header, the Order# will sub-sort as well.
•Fixed: Phone number search in Customer Browse. Really. Got it this time!
•Added: You can now add Serial Numbers while receiving inventory in the Purchase Order.
•Changed: You can no longer receive items using the Receive buttons in the PO unless you've ordered them first. This prevents problems.
•Added: Option to require a tech to be selected in an RO. Each computer on the network can be different. This setup is in company setup under Each Computer.
