•Added: Custom Job invoice (4) for Steve.

•Added: Print button in Notes so you can print the external attachment without printing an invoice or even marking it for printing. Remember, external attachments use your windows default program to display the attachment, then you print from there.

•Added: New option to use Inventory Super Lookup from the Point of Sale.

•Added: WIP Status description to Browse RO's. This is helpful if you are using Status Descriptions instead of just status lights.

•Fixed: When adding a part directly into an RO, it wasn't bringing in the Technician name automatically.

•Changed: We are using SplashTop for our remote control now. You can go to the Help Menu at the top of the screen and select Splashtop Remote Support and it will either take you to a website to download a program, which you will download to your downloads folder and run it, or, if you've already saved it to your downloads folder or your wrench folder, the program will then run it so you don't have to download it again. You can also go to the VMT Icon and click to see the updates (this), and there is a button in the upper right corner.. it says Remote Support.

 

WARNING: This update may cause your Work order browse screen to display incorrectly. This is because we added a field to the screen (WIP Status Description). If this happens, right click on the screen, go to List Formats, Format Setup, Delete All. That deletes the Browse List Formats for the Work orders.

 

 

 

If this doesn't fix it... shut off programs on all computers but one (the main server one), and go to the Run Menu, click on Fixdata. Inside of Fixdata click on Programmer use, Delete Browse Formats.
