•Changed: Company Setup under Screen settings. Status Lights are now in the same order as they are on the RO screens
•Added: WIP Status lights to new calendar scheduler. You can change the status in the scheduler editing form and the correct status 'light' will display on the calendar.
•Added: WIP Status lights to the Calendar screen. This allows you to filter schedules by RO Status.
•Added: The RO Status will now automatically change the status in the Schedule(s) for that RO. So if you transfer and Estimate to a WIP, or complete a WIP, the program will search for any schedules and update them with the new RO Status.
•Added: The WIP Status (or the lights) in the work order will now automatically update any WIP Status lights for those schedules that have a matching RO# in the Calendar.
•Added: WIP Status lights on the calendar so you can filter the schedules by WIP Status.
•Added: RO Status buttons on the calendar so you can filter the schedules by the RO Status.
•Added: Now there is a checkmark you can use to only populate WIPs or Estimates if they haven't been scheduled, in the list on the left of the Calendar.
•Added: Emergency button to expiration screen. If your subscription expires, you can use the one time emergency button to use it for another 3 days. This will give you time to call us and get your codes to you or figure out what is going on.
•Changed: The size of the Scheduling Calendar screen to be bigger.
•Fixed: The RO Appointment type wasn't being filled in when dragging an RO from the RO Drag box or the RO list.
•Changed: Help, to match the newest updates for the Scheduling Calendar.
•Added: Option to ask for PO# when finishing a transaction in the Point of Sale.
