1.Added: Customer Reminders can now be triggered by selling an inventory item.

2.Added: Reminder list name to the Parts Category. That lets those items trigger a reminder when they get sold.

3.Added: Reminder Triggers to the Point of Sale Screen.

4.Changed: The Reminder master list was dependent on you putting in "Email", or "PO", or "Invoice" in the reminder list name. We added a Type to the reminders because they are not just reminders, they are for sending Email, Invoices, Purchase Orders, and triggering Reminders. So now you'll have to set the reminder type so the reminder template shows up in the right tab. If you already have a lot of reminders, just change the Reminder List Names to the correct types. Then go to all Reminders tab and there is a button to match the reminders with your list name. Call if you need help.

5.Added: A history reminder button so you can add reminders to items in history. This is usually a one time thing.

6.Changed Reminder system:

a.Reminders will now delete reminders that were going to be sent out if someone purchases or has labor done for the item that is related to that reminder. It will not delete reminders that have a vehicle number, unless the number matches the vehicle in the current RO that it is creating a reminder for (That way if there are multiple vehicles it will only delete the reminders for the vehicle in the current RO (Then add the new reminders)).

b.This solves the problem of sending out reminders multiple times if the customer came in and got their oil changed. For instance, you might have 3 oil change reminders that are created when the customer has an oil change. They get the first reminder and come in and get their oil changed. When that invoice is completed, it will delete the 2 reminders that were going to be sent out, and create another 3 reminders (or however many reminders you have for that list).

c.Not much to think about here, except this makes the reminder system that much more automatic and functional.

7.Added: The company setup has a new tab called Interfaces. This is where you setup information related to the interfaces like creating a QR code on your invoice. This allows the customer to use their phone to scan the QR code and pay for the invoice. (They will have to type in the payment amount to your processor).

a.Paypal

b.Venmo

c.Cash App

d.Square

e.or another processor like Stripe or whatever URL you need.

f.The other setups include access to

i.PlateToVin

ii.Huggins

iii.Exports of RO's (use this to export to QuickBooks via SaaSAnt or export for synchronization)

iv.Future access to PartsTech.

8.Changed the Custom statements #10 and #11 and added Date Printed at the top, and increased the size of the start and end dates to accommodate bigger date sizes, mostly for our friends in Canada that use YYYY-MM-DD formatting.

9.Added: Option to NOT pull in the labor description into the labor issue when selecting a labor item. The labor detail (in the labor list item) will still be pulled into the 'Work Done' area. This is setup in Company Setup under Other Settings.

10. Fixed: When pulling in a package using Labor for the package description in the RO, it was using the previous description. Also, you can now pull in packages with nothing attached and it will work. Remember that doing it this way won't let you track history via Labor, Parts, or Other. But it makes it easier to create packages. I would still recommend attaching labor, parts, and other to the package.

11. Fixed: On the customer browse there is a search button to search all 3 phone numbers at once. You can type in just 7 digits and it will assume the area code (which it gets from your company setup). Or you can type in 10 digits, with or without punctuation like parenthesis, dashes, and spaces. Before, it wasn't working on the first try unless you selected the Customer ID tab first. Now it selects that tab for you before the search. The reason for the ID tab is because all customers have to have an ID and are in that tab. Now you can paste in a phone number, type it in and press enter, or type it in and click the search phone button.

12. Added: After a search for phone, you can click on the tab for Duplicate Phones. This will show all of the customers that have the same phone number you just searched for in the Home Phone, Business Phone, or Cell Phone.
